Repeat photos Fiescher glacier, location 3: Sequential representation

Location 3 is located near the Burghütte.
On the left in the foreground you can see glacial polish with clear glacier striae. In the glacier forefield on the photo of 23.9.2017 you can see a quite large boulder, which is no longer visible on 5.9.2018. He's probably sunk in the soft ground. On the right you can see a depris cone. The missing counterpressure of the glacier ice led to tensions in the rock and later to a rock fall. Typical glacial trough.
