Before/after comparison of Alphubel glacier (Valais alps)

The Alphubel Glacier (Alphubelgletscher) is located on the south side of the more than 4000m high Alphubel, which lies in the Valais Alps between Zermatt and Saas Fee. The relatively small Alphubel glacier is on the normal route from Täsch hut (Täschhütte) to Alphubel (4206m) and Feekopf (3887m), both in summer and winter. The tongue of the Alphubel glacier lies at an altitude of about 3300m.
