This 360° drone panorama photo shows the glacier gate of the Stein Glacier/Steingletscher, the lake in front of it and the impressive deposits from the rockfalls of 2019/20.
The lake is probably dammed by an ice bar. Possibly also a mixture of ice, boulders, debris and silt.
