From this perspective it is easy to see how much scree is covering the lower part of Furgg glacier. It is nice to see how the drainage of a part of the Upper Theodul Glacier flows laterally into the Furgg Glacier. Where a funnel can be seen in the glacier. In southeast direction you can see the Furggsee, the Oberer Theodulgletscher, the Monte Rosa Group and further 4000m peaks.
